Information about reporting conduct relating to health and safety
The purpose of this form is to report violations of community standards relating to health and safety measures that have been adopted by Rice to address the community response to COVID-19. These rules can be found here for undergraduate students and here for graduate students. If you have observed a student breaking these rules, you may report the student here. Depending on the nature of the behavior reported, the behavior will be addressed either by the COVID-19 Community Court or by Student Judicial Programs through the Code of Student Conduct. You may report anonymously, but if you provide your name and e-mail address, we may contact you for additional information. The more detail that you can provide on this form, the more likely that the behavior can be addressed appropriately. If you have questions, please email SJP@rice.edu.
